Galatea after finishing her degree in Psychology, completed a Master in Sports Psychology and Physical Activity at the UNED in Madrid, where he graduated with academic excellence. In 2013 he was also certified in Sports Coaching .

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the International Sport Mental Coach Association (ISMCA) and of the Steering Committee SOLCPAD Latin American and Caribbean Society of Sports Psychology and Physical Activity .

In her role as Coordinator of Psychology of the Mexican Tennis Federation in 2015, she worked that year with the Davis Cup and Federation Cup teams of that country.

She was a Psychologist for the Jr. de Pádel USA team at the World Cup in Malaga, Spain, in 2017.

He worked with the Mexican men's Handball team , in the 2017 Central American Games , and in the Pan American Games with athletes in Gymnastics, Judo, Mountain Biking, Shot put, bowling.

She worked as a Psychologist for Las Dragonas, the State of Mexico Women's Major League Soccer team.
